The Sage Process
What to Expect: We’ll review where you are in your loyalty marketing program and where you’d like to be. Although you may be anxious to hit the ground running, this step is important to understand and set expectations. From this introductory meeting we’ll create a “discovery brief” describing what we heard. Also available is a performance audit of your program to confirm it’s working as expected, uncover new capabilities, and advise how to fix any issues.
2. Program Development
What to Expect: Once we are aligned on your program and expectations, we’ll collect any of your existing graphic assets and copy or customer communications. From there we’ll put together a plan for your loyalty marketing program for your review and approval. Deliverables included in your customized plan will be dependent on whether you have an existing program or we are creating a new one.
3. Set-Up & Design
What to Expect: Once the plan is approved it’s time to get busy! Per the plan, we’ll get the program setup (or optimized) on the Alpine IQ platform. Once complete, you will review and sign off on all platform configurations and customer comms created.
4. Launch Prep
What to Expect: The success of any loyalty program starts with your staff and in-store execution. They will need to be trained how to promote the program, get people signed up and how to redeem points. And of course, the program needs to be promoted to your customers. We’ll provide the materials you need to successfully launch your program.
5. Post-Launch Support
What to Expect: After we successfully launch your new loyalty program we offer a fully managed service to take the pressure off of you to manage the program. We align with your marketing & promotional calendar to create and execute all of your loyalty campaigns.
